Our Team

Sri Krishna Bhogaraju is a Co-Founder and the CEO of CuNex. He comes with a core research experience of over 6 years in the field of copper sintering and prior background in the automotive industry. He additionally takes care of new product development.

Prof. Dr. Gordon Elger is a Co-Founder of CuNex and comes with over 25 years of research experience. He is professor at the Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Information Technology at University of Ingolstadt. Additionally, he also serves as Head of the Research Group „Microelectronic Packaging“ at the Institute for Innovative Mobility and Head of the Fraunhofer Applied Research Center „Connected Mobility and Infrastructure“.

Rohan graduated from the University of Freiburg with a master's degree in Microsystems Engineering. His specialization is assembly and packaging including sintering and reliability analysis. He works as the Lead Engineer at CuNex taking up exciting opportunities in bonding and process technologies.

Gomathi is a materials science engineer with a master's degree in Materials Engineering from the University of Augsburg, Germany and INP Grenoble, France. She works on the continued research and development of the sinter paste technology at CuNex.

Alberto holds a masters degree in chemical engineering from University of Padova in Italy and completed his master's thesis in copper sintering at University of Ingolstadt in Germany.  At CuNex he will be involved with the further optimization of the commercial copper sinter pastes.

Stephen holds an MBA and is a Senior Technical Sales Manager at SCHLENK for both the Metal Foils and Metallic Pigments divisions. With his broad experience in the copper fabricating and electronics industry he will focus on the business development at CuNex in the Greater China Area.

Carsten is Executive Vice President of the Metal Foils division at SCHLENK and supports CuNex in the same position. He is a mechanical engineer by training and has an extensive track record in the silver paste and copper fabricating industry.

Thorben supports the business development at CuNex as Global Sales Manager. He is Area Sales Manager at SCHLENK for the Americas and holds a master's degree in International Management from University of Applied Sciences Karlsruhe.
